🧴 Eligible Returns

We accept product returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product:

    • If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.

    • Please share clear photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Adverse Skin Reaction:

    • If a product causes irritation or an allergic reaction.

    • Kindly provide photos and brief details of the reaction within 7 days of receiving your order.

⚙️ Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all safety seals intact (unless opened due to the above issues).

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., scent, texture) once opened and used normally.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

  • If paid through COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit as preferred.
