We accept product returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.

Please share clear photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all safety seals intact (unless opened due to the above issues).

Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., scent, texture) once opened and used normally.

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

If paid through COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit as preferred.
