At Elixir, we believe great skincare should come with seamless service. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum spend required.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email/number with tracking details.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your Elixir product, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • To Request a Return: Please contact our customer support team at skinelixir.pk@gmail.com or +923286919033.

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or damaged products (unless damaged during delivery).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare items must be returned unopened.
